Should we choose custom software or an existing product?
An existing product or an integration may be appropriate for a standard process. We consider custom development when the workflow is specific to your business, spans multiple systems or forms a new product. We make that decision together during discovery.
How are timelines and costs determined?
They depend on scope, integrations, data migration, user roles and acceptance criteria. We collect requirements first, then prepare a proposal covering delivery stages and scope.
Can the software work with our existing systems?
Yes. We review APIs, data access and system constraints before selecting an integration approach. Authentication, logging and failure handling are included in the development plan.
